Seagrave Care - Developing Care in the Community

As a newly formed company, Seagrave Care Developments Ltd is involved in land acquisition and property development on a nationwide basis, for the purpose of developing first class care homes in local communities.

Many care homes in the UK are showing signs of neglect and require extensive refurbishment. The industry therefore requires new property to be available for providing care to the elderly, particularly as people are now living longer.

Seagrave Care Developments is currently in the process of developing its first home in Corby, Northamptonshire which is to be known as 'Seagrave House'. Once the development has been completed, this home is to be managed by Avery Healthcare, who have over 20 years experience providing first class care and attention to elderly people and people with disabilities.

Seagrave House is currently proceeding faster than anticipated and we are therefore keen to embark upon our next project. The key to this is identifying prime locations, which is essential in obtaining Local Authority backing and also the support of local residents.

We are interested to hear from anyone who has a site which may offer potential for development. Old petrol stations, garages and pub sites can be looked upon favourably, but key factors are a minimum of 0.75 acres over a flat site in prominent, town locations.
