Seagrave House care home in Corby

Our flagship care home, 'Seagrave House' is currently undergoing construction on Occupation Road in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Originally the old 'Works' nightclub, we undertook a full demolition of the site, creating a level site of approximately 1.2 acres in total.

Construction commenced in February and is due to be completed in March 2011. Seagrave House will provide for 75 beds, of which 41 will be dedicated to dementia. All bedrooms will benefit from Sky television, en-suite shower facilities and will be finished to a high specification, mirroring that of a five star hotel. Some bedrooms are also designed as companion rooms, with adjoining doors for couples.

On completion, the development will be managed by Avery Healthcare on our behalf, as they have extensive experience in the day to day running of large care homes for the elderly and people with disabilities.
